If your device is defective, visit the nearest authorized service center of realme with a copy of the invoice/bill (if comes under warranty).
Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit realme’s official website (realme.com).
- Navigate to “Support” page from the menu.
- Click “Chat Support” and login to the realme account with mobile number.
- Start a live chat conversation with an executive.
