Netmeds Customer Support:

- Email: Send an email to cs@netmeds.com.
For issues related to damaged/missing products, email your concerns at damaged@netmeds.com or missing@netmeds.com. If you want to request specific medicine (if not found), you may email to Netmeds at rx@netmeds.com.
Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit Netmeds’s official website (netmeds.com).
- Navigate to the “Contact” page to login to your account and get help from chat support.
- Provide required details including order ID and expected resolution.
- Submit your complaint.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also use the Netmeds mobile app to get help from customer service or access online services.
Escalation to Grievance Officer:
