Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit the PharmEasy’s official website (pharmeasy.in).
- Navigate to “Contact” and login to your account.
- Choose your order and select “Help” to chat with an executive or fill out the online complaint form.
- Submit your complaint.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also lodge your complaint online through the PharmEasy mobile app or access online services.
Escalation to Grievance Officer:
