Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit Cashify’s official website (cashify.in).
- Navigate to “Contact Us” page.
- Click “WhatsApp” or “Live Chat” to chat with support team.
- Enter the mobile number and verify with OTP to start a conversation.
- Submit the complaint.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also use the Cashify mobile app for online services and lodging your complaints.
Escalation to Grievance Officer:
