I have applied online for RATION CARD, but it is Pending at the office of Supply Inspector. Now the officer is demanding Eight Thousand Rupees and Harassing. Lodged complaint but no enquiry has done,

I, hope you will take Necessary Action against Them & I will get MY Ration card BACK.

To resolve the delay and ₹8,000 bribery demand by the Supply Inspector at Dharwad, first escalate to the District Supply Officer (DSO) at the Office of Civil Supplies, Dharwad. Simultaneously, file a formal grievance on the Karnataka Civil Supplies Department through the state public grievance portal or call toll-free 1967 / 1902.

Steps to file an online complaint:
