To resolve the delay and ₹8,000 bribery demand by the Supply Inspector at Dharwad, first escalate to the District Supply Officer (DSO) at the Office of Civil Supplies, Dharwad. Simultaneously, file a formal grievance on the Karnataka Civil Supplies Department through the state public grievance portal or call toll-free 1967 / 1902.

Steps to file an online complaint:

2. Click the option “Click here to login” and select “Citizen” to open the login/register form:

• Existing users can log in with their mobile number.
