The delivery Agent misbehaved with me when I asked him to confirm the items in the delivery bag. He said “that is not my job” …later even tried to assault me when I insisted that he re-check all items in the “delivery bag”.
(Later he takes all things back with him.
It is not the person mentioned who delivered the package: It was some other youngsters who abused and insulted me, before taking away the package)
Swiggy has taken a “pre-paid order” …later sent rowdy elements who threatened me and now have sent a message that “No refund will be given”
This is cheating, threatening the customer and later sending a “No Refund” message.
Everything has been recorded on CCTV… I hav taken their photographs too. SWIGGY is behaving in a Hitler like manner and cheating customers.
Later the Agent came home along with 2-3 other abusive persons: Swiggy has employed such lowly individuals: This is pure_rowdism and lowest class of serving a customer.
The Swiggy agent abused and threateningly said “I know what to do with you” …and sped away.
EVERYTHING has been RECORDED on CCTV cameras.
…AND BIT LATER, SWIGGY sends a message “your order is cancelled: NO REFUND” This is a convenient and easy way to make money by cheating people who hav faith in their service.
Its a disgusting way to make_money

You can file a formal complaint with Swiggy customer support about misbehaviour and threatenings of the delivery partner. Provide the details of the incident, including the date, time, order details, and the delivery agent’s behavior. If you have any photographic or CCTV footage, include that as well.
If your issue isn’t resolved to your satisfaction by customer support, escalate it to the Grievance Officer of the company by emailing grievances@Swiggy.in.
Additionally, you can also file a police complaint against the delivery partner at your local police station or through CCTNS citizen portal of your state police.
