I have purchased few items worth 916 rs on Feb 16 th, in that one item that was ghee code 676rs was completely have oil stains and placed the return request and they shared one otp also , after that one delivery boy came to my home and picked up the product ,I got a message your request request was cancelled like that and that delivery boy came and returned my item and told that you place another request like that , after 1 hr again i placed one more return request and again they shared the otp , again one more delivery boy came to pickup the product and we shared the otp again and after 5 mins I got one more message that return request was cancelled but this time that delivery boy didn’t return our product and immediately I have raised this to the coustomer support and send a mail to the concerned department with all proofs , still I didn’t get refund amount from Swiggy, they simply doing time pass and sending the message that unable to refund your amount because your return was cancelled , I have video footage of delivery partner , how to proceed further can you please help me with this

You have made multiple return attempts for a damaged ghee product, but Swiggy has canceled them, and a delivery agent has not returned your item. Since Swiggy is refusing a refund despite your proof, escalate the issue by emailing support@swiggy.in with your complaint ID, video footage, and a demand for a resolution.
If unresolved, file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/) or the consumer court portal for legal action.

Yes , 2 times I have placed the return request , and second time your executive came and picked up the product , if the executive didn’t return that product that is not my problem right ? I have submitted the footage your instamartsupport@swiggy.in ,they didn’t are check my footage and simply sending that forwarded messages blindly , if you cancelled the return request how I got otp to my mobile number ? and how your executive come to my home to collect the item ? Here it was clearly showing that you people don’t want to refund the amount after multiple follow ups , as I see so many complaints on refund amount , return cancelled like that ,and one more thing I have tried to connect your officer contact number also which is not working
