Complaint on Swiggy Instamart

Since Swiggy is refusing a refund despite your proof, escalate the issue by emailing support@swiggy.in with your complaint ID, video footage, and a demand for a resolution.

If unresolved, file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/) or the consumer court portal for legal action.
