Complaint Regarding Misconduct of Bus Conductor Jai Parkash (Bus No. HR 62 GV 6813) for Refusing Happy Card and Forcing Ticket Purchase

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction and lodge a formal complaint against a bus conductor, Mr. Jai Parkash from Jandwala (village), who was operating on Haryana Roadways Bus No. HR 22 P 1234. Today, May 2, 2025, Mr. Jai Parkash refused to accept our valid Haryana Government Happy Cards for ticket payment.

Despite possessing these cards, the conductor insisted his scanning machine was damaged and forced us to either buy tickets with cash or deboard the bus. This clearly demonstrates a failure in the implementation of your government’s scheme. His refusal to accept the Happy Card caused us significant inconvenience and directly contradicts the purpose of this initiative.

Adding to this unacceptable behavior, when we stated our intention to complain, Mr. Jai Parkash responded dismissively, saying he did not care and we could do whatever we wanted. This unprofessional and arrogant attitude is deeply concerning.
