I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at GRN Auto Sales Service Center which is located in Alambagh bus stand, Lucknow, where I had my TVS Jupiter scooter serviced on September 3, 2025. The issue pertains to the petrol level in my scooter.
When I dropped off my scooter for service, the petrol level was sufficient. However, when I collected my scooter after the service, I noticed that the petrol level had decreased significantly. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee, Usman, who handled my service. To my surprise, he denied any knowledge of the issue and tried to divert the conversation.
I request you to look into this matter and take necessary actions to resolve this issue. I would like to request either a refund for the petrol deducted or refueling of the scooter to the original level.

You can also report the issue via the TVS service feedback portal. Request a resolution or compensation for the missing petrol.
