First we need to call 4 times to book the two vehicle service thereafter they take the vehicle after 2 hrs waiting at the service center now last 2 days they are unable to complete the vehicle service yet and give the excuse that the technical person on leave. At the time of sale every person available but after sales service no one taking care of the customer under TVS brand. I though TVS brand is good for sales and service but I was wrong.
