Very worst service from tvs company dealership name solar tvs , Kengeri satellite town Bangalore
Please find the attached photos as proof of my vehicle after service , which found quality issues
“I am highly disappointed with the unprofessional and irresponsible service at Solar TVS. I was falsely informed that my vehicle was ready for delivery, but upon arrival, I found the work incomplete. Staff behavior, especially from Mr. Anil, was rude and unacceptable. Only engine oil was changed and a water wash was done, yet I was misled into believing a full service was completed. I request immediate action against this negligence and improper customer treatment.”
The staff very carelessly informed me that the brake lever was out of stock — and that too only after I personally asked about it. Their reply was extremely casual and irresponsible, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. This has been the worst service experience I have ever had."
