This bike doesn’t running properly hence I have putup the that vehicle for free servive/ pay in service if not eligible to authoried safe zone on last week. ANBU tvs branch at paramakudi service supervisor Mr. Anbu raja booked job card and handedover the vehicle this week Tuesday. After their my two weeler can’t run as usual. Again I have returned to the service that new vehicle. The service section supervisor couldn’t answer properly and responsible manner. These type of attitude can make more notorious to reputed TVS policies. Hence I request, the conern grievances / redress comittee should take necessary action against the Anbu Tvs paramakudi service supervisor Mr. Anbu raja. As well as to retained my vehicle properly onroad conditions.
Moreover the section so-called Manager also make nuisances at the service place on 13.06.2025. Further somebody’s were taking alcohol in office hours/ in service time. Sowhat, their service is not fruitful to the polite customers. I have take four two wheeler from the Anbu TvS for the last years. I ama polite and valuable customer to the reputed TVS company.
I am expecting your reply by these via as early as possible without further law proceedings.
