To lodge your complaint against WBSEDCL, first call their 24×7 helpline at 19121. You can also register online via their grievance portal.

If there’s no resolution within 30 days, file a formal grievance with your district Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) under the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission; addresses and forms are on the WBERC site.

Should the CGRF order remain unheeded, escalate to the Electricity Ombudsman, West Bengal (contact details on WBERC). You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.
