Gas connection was not done by your representative

The gas pipeline laid by you in the city has also been put in my house through that pipe. Despite my refusal, a pipe was installed in my house. But unfortunately today even after almost 6 months have passed, the connection of my house has not been done by your representative. I have called them several times about this. But every time I have been told that only we came today, we came tomorrow. I request you that either the connection of my house should be made operational, otherwise all the gas pipes should be cut off.

You can lodge an online complaint about delayed piped natural gas (PNG) or LNG connection to BPCL officials through the online grievance form (bharatpetroleum.in) available on their website. While lodging your complaint, you may provide the reference/customer ID (if any) with location.

Additionally, you may call the toll-free helpline number 1800224344 (BPCL Smartline) to raise your concerns with higher officials.
