We can understand your concerns regarding the lack of proper water supply, incomplete work, lack of power supply near the borewell, and poor road conditions.

To address these issues of Har Ghar Jal (Ganga) scheme in Sagara taluk, Shivamogga district. , we recommend you take the following steps:

1. Lodge a public grievance: You can lodge a public grievance regarding the incomplete work and lack of water supply through the Janaspandana - Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System (IPGRS) portal of the government of Karnataka. Follow these instructions:

• Visit the Janaspandana website (ipgrs.karnataka.gov.in) or use the mobile app.
• Click the option “Click here to login” and select “Citizen” to open the login/register form:
• Existing users can log in with their mobile number.
• New users need to register (click “New User Registration”) by providing basic details.
• After successfully logging in, click on “Grievance Submission” and agree to the terms and conditions.
• Fill out the grievance form with the required details including:
• Complainant information (District, Taluka)
• Nature of grievance (Delayed service, official misconduct, etc.)
• Department/Ministry and its Line Department (Education, Health, etc.)
• Service Name (Specific service you are complaining about)
• Location of the incident (District, Taluka, Village/Panchayat)
• Description of the complaint (750 characters maximum)
• Supporting documents (if applicable)
• Click “Register” to submit your complaint.

2. Contact the Panchayat Department: Given the local nature of some of these issues (road conditions, etc.), we also suggest raising this matter with the Panchayat department of the state government. This can also be done through Janaspandana helpline number 1902.

3. CPGRAMS Portal for Har Ghar Jal Disputes: Since this relates to the Har Ghar Jal Mission, a central government scheme, you can also lodge a complaint through the Central Public Grievances and Redressal and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) portal.
