In this case, you have only one option that may work, visit your PuVVNL sub-station and write an application to the designated Junior Engineer (JE) or Assistant Engineer and also show the video as proof with the reference number of the previously lodged complaints at the UPPCL’s grievance portal.
Further, you can take action by lodging a public grievance to the Department of Energy of the Government of Uttar Pradesh through the Jansunwai Portal.
