Contact OLX Customer Support:

Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit the OLX’s official website.
- Navigate to “Help Center”.
- Click “Contact Us” and choose “Customer Support Details”.
- Click the “Write to us” or “Support” icon to chat with the executive.
- You can also submit the online complaint form to create a support team.
- Fill out the form with required details including order ID.
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also use the OLX mobile app for customer service and online buying/selling services.

Escalation to Grievance Officer:
If your complaint is not resolved by the customer service team of OLX, escalate it to the Customer Service Head or the appointed Grievance Officer of OLX India B.V3. You can email your detailed grievance to grievance-officer@olx.in with the reference/ticket ID of the unresolved complaint with order details. To send a claim for violation of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), download the provided notice form and send it by post to this address:
