We are sorry to hear about the billing issues with FPL. To dispute the additional charges and reinstatement of budget billing, you can contact FPL’s customer service at 1-888-988-82491 or visit their support page at www.fpl.com. You can also request a payment arrangement to avoid shut-off. To make your complaint online, follow these instructions:

1. Visit the official website of FPL: https://www.fpl.com/
2. Select “Support” from the menu.
3. Click “Contact us”
4. Log in to the FPL Support portal or use the mobile app.
5. Open the online complaint form
6. Provide details such as account number, nature of the complaint, and relevant dates/times.
7. Receive a reference number for your complaint.

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track the status of your lodged complaint.
