For the missing bundles purchased via Airtel Money, please contact Airtel Kenya customer care at 100 (from an Airtel line) / 0733100100 (other) or email customerservice@ke.airtel.com. Share your transaction details and request either bundle activation or a refund. If unresolved, escalate via the Communications Authority of Kenya at https://ca.go.ke.
