I have made the payment and my Account has been debited multiple payments for the order

It appears there is a discrepancy between your payment and the refund message received. Please contact the customer support team of the merchant or payment provider immediately with proof of payment (screenshot of the debit). If they proceed with COD despite your payment, you may escalate the issue to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) Portal or the RBI Ombudsman (in case of banking dispute). Keep a record of all communications.
