We’re sorry to hear about the cancellation and missing refunds for your Meesho orders. For refund issues on prepaid orders and undelivered items, contact Meesho support via the app under “Orders > Need Help” or call their available helpline number. Clearly mention your order IDs while raising the concern.
If Meesho fails to resolve this, you can escalate the matter through the National Consumer Helpline at or call 1800-11-4000.

Steps to file a complaint online:

• Visit Meesho’s official website: meesho.com
• Select the ‘Support’ or ‘Help Center’ section.
• Login to your registered account
• Select your order and find an option to file a complaint online.
• Provide all necessary details, including your order number, the issue, and any supporting evidence like pictures or correspondence.

After submitting your complaints, note down the reference ID. If not resolved, escalate the case to the senior executive of Meesho.

Escalation to Grievance Officer:

If your issue is not resolved satisfactorily, escalate it to Meesho’s Grievance Officer. You can write a grievance letter or send an email with the reference/ticket ID of the previous complaint or supporting evidence regarding IPR violations to the headquarters or legal department.
