I had been applied for online water connection but still showed pending however the due date will coming soon above all I had early applied offline also before more than two months what can I do

With this information, I can suggest where to approach if your water connection is not provided within the given timeframe and to complain about this issue to higher authorities.

Initially, you can call the toll-free water helpline number 18001807027 of the PHE Jal Shakti Department of Kashmir. Further, you may contact your Bijbehara divisional office by calling 01932234230.

Additionally, you can file a complaint about delayed water connection through PHE Jal Shakti’s public grievance portal. Follow the instructions given below.

Last I had complaint online on jal sunwayi the complaint had been disposed off with out any conclusive mark

Finally, you can lodge an online public grievance against the Jal Shakti Department of Kashmir through the “Jammu & Kashmir – Integrated Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (JK-IGRAMS)- jkgrievance.in" portal of the government of J&K.

You can also call at the toll-free helpline number 18005722328 to raise your grievance.

However the due date of application applied for water connection on jk single window will approaching 08_08_2024 what will I do

You can wait until the due date for your new water connection. If no action has been taken by then, you can lodge a public grievance with the Jal Shakti Department of Kashmir.

First, you should contact the helpdesk of Single Window System of J&K for clarification and issues regarding new water connection approval by calling at 01912473878 or emailing singlewindowjk@gmail.com.

You can do this through the provided JK IGRAMS grievance portal or by calling the helpline number.

Almost passing fourteen days from due date still showe same remarks forwarded to JE which expressed their carelessness
