Hello my name is Rahul Prasad, I used to do a private job in Durg, my salary was acc Kotak Mahindra Bank, but I left the job and still could not pay Kotak’s money, you have troubled me so much, Kotak People asked me to pay my credit card bill. I made the settlement and gave them the money but till date these people are after me and they are asking me to give them money, what should I do now?

If you’ve already settled your credit card bill with Kotak Mahindra Bank, follow these steps:
- Locate Settlement Proof: Find the settlement letter and payment receipts that confirm you’ve cleared the dues.
- Contact Kotak Mahindra Bank:
- Call their customer care at 1860-266-2666* and explain the situation.
- Share the settlement reference number or receipts as proof.
- Write to Nodal Officer:
- If customer care doesn’t resolve your issue, email the bank’s nodal officer at nodalofficer@kotak.com. Attach all necessary documents.
- File a Complaint:
- If the issue persists, file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman via the Reserve Bank of India’s portal: https://cms.rbi.org.in.
- Legal Assistance: If harassment continues, consider consulting a lawyer to take appropriate legal action.
