  2. Send via Registered Post & Email – Mail the notice to Nice Maple’s official address and send a copy via email (info@nicemaple.com). Keep proof of delivery.
  3. Hire a Lawyer (Optional) – If ignored, consult a consumer lawyer for a professionally drafted notice.
  4. Police Complaint (If Fraudulent Intent) – Visit your local police station and file a complaint under the relevant sections of the BNS if they refuse refunds or mislead you. If you want to make your complaint online, please share your city/district name so we can help you.
