Non-issuance of Birth Certificate

I have applied to the BMC FS ward for correction to the entries on my Birth Certificate, Even after submitting the copies requested by the office my application was rejected because I couldn’t produce a vague document.

Whom do I have to approach to proceed in the matter?

If you have an issue regarding the birth certificate, you may escalate the case to the Civil Registrar cum Sub Registrar or the State Registrar.
