If you have complaints about civic services, government offices (municipal corporation, municipal councils, gram panchayats, collectorate, police, etc.), departments, and ministries of Goa, lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Authority of respective departments through the " Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG)” portal of the government of Goa.
You can complain about government schemes, demand new civic services (hospitals, public places, schools/colleges, drainage/bridges, roads, etc.), corrupt practices or misuse of power by public officials/employees, and other disputes (registry of land records, public transportation, certifications, agriculture schemes/subsidy, food supply, ration cards, etc.).

Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit the DPG Goa portal (dpg.goa.gov.in).
- Click “Register Grievance” and choose the “Register your Grievance” option.
- Click “Proceed to Register (goaonline.gov.in)” to open the online complaint form.
- Register your citizen account or login, if already registered.
- After successfully logging in, open the online complaint form.
- Fill out the complaint form by providing
- Your personal details, including name, contact information, and address.
- Department/Local Government Office
- Describe your grievance, including all relevant details and supporting documents.
- Attach supporting documents or photos, if any.
- Submit the form.
Finally, you will receive an acknowledgement number. Keep this number safe as it allows you to track the status of your complaint. You can use the acknowledgement number to check the status of your complaint on the DPG portal.
To report a technical issue, you can email publicgrievances.goa@gmail.com with your grievance details.
If your grievance remains unresolved, you can escalate it by contacting the grievance officers or heads of departments listed on the portal.

You can also participate in public grievance meetings or darbars organized by the Chief Minister to voice your concerns directly.
