How to contact the Grievance Officer & DGP Office of Goa Police?

If you have any against any police officer, citizen services, or police station, you can escalate the matter to the Grievance Officers of Goa Police. You can also escalate your unresolved previous police complaints or cases at the local police station to the District Superintendent of Police (SP) and further to the Director General of Police (DGP).

Before contacting the officials, you should file a police complaint or FIR to Goa Police through the CCTNS portal.
