I had given complaint regarding false FIR on my name by a complainant for which navi mumbai police commissioner or belapur police never took actio for nine month. I sent spped post letters to commissioner and belapur SI. as FIR is registered i wont be in a position to go to police station as i have applied for anticipatory bail in high court hearing is in november
