To file a formal complaint against the KSRTC bus driver and conductor, you can contact the Divisional Manager or the Bus Depot Office of the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC).

You can call the passenger helpline number at 08049596666 / 7760990034 or email at ksrtc@ksrtc.org / ctmopn@ksrtc.org.

When making your complaint, provide:

  • The date and time of the incident
  • The bus route and number
  • A detailed description of the incident
  • Your contact information.
