Received wrong item

Dear Blinkit Customer Support,

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent order I placed through your platform. I ordered a Canon PIXMA E470 printer, but instead, I received a Canon MG2570s printer inside a box labeled E470. This is a clear case of mispackaging or misrepresentation.

I have complete video evidence of the parcel being opened, clearly showing that the outer box is of the E470, but the printer inside is a different model — MG2570s. Despite raising this issue with your customer support team, I was told that no help could be provided. This response is unacceptable and unfair, as I did not receive the product I paid for.

This printer was a significant expense for me, and I cannot afford to simply ignore such a serious mistake. I trusted your platform, but this experience has been deeply distressing.

I kindly request:

  1. A full refund or a replacement with the correct Canon PIXMA E470 printer.

  2. A formal apology for the inconvenience caused.

  3. Clear communication and action within 48 hours before I escalate this to consumer grievance forums, social media, and relevant legal authorities.

I hope Blinkit will uphold its reputation and do the right thing for its customers.

To resolve the issue of receiving the wrong printer model (Canon MG2570s instead of PIXMA E470), contact Blinkit support via their in-app help section or email support@blinkit.com with your order ID and video evidence. Clearly state your demand for a refund or replacement. If unresolved within 48 hours, escalate the case through the National Consumer Helpline or call 1800-11-4000.
