Refund not received even after 1 month for PNRs F6J1UG & H26ZYF

To secure your ₹2,000 refund (PNR F6J1UG) and the pending ₹8,500 (PNR H26ZYF), immediately call MakeMyTrip’s Refund Desk at 18001028747 / 18001187472 or email service@makemytrip.com with both Booking IDs, PNRs, and your bank details. Then, raise a dispute via the “My Trips” section in the MMT app, attaching the airline’s refund confirmation.

If you don’t see progress within 7 days, escalate to the Nodal Officer at grievanceofficer@makemytrip.com. Should this still remain unresolved after 15 days, lodge a grievance on the MoCA National Consumer Helpline portal or your local consumer forum.
