Yesterday i.e. on 8th may, I have booked a flight from Guwahati to Kolkata on Easemytrip.com for 19th May with departure from 7:50 pm. An amount of Rs. 3898 has been deducted and paid to easemytrip. But while I was searching through, the booking was unable too process and it was incomplete.
I have mailed multiple times to customer care addressing my issue. No response yet. Called on customer care no. They are not picking up calls.
What do I do. ?! Either the amount to be refunded or booking to be done as soon as possible. Please help

For your failed booking on Easemytrip.com from Guwahati to Kolkata (19th May, 7:50 PM), where ₹3898 was deducted but no confirmation was received, continue trying their helpline at +911143131313 / +911143030303 or email care@easemytrip.com with transaction details and screenshots. If no response in 48 hours, file a complaint at National Consumer Helpline under “Travel & Tourism.”
