I booked a Europe trip for Sept 2025, paid ₹2.5 lakhs back in Dec 2024 (Ref: QINDHOL04DEC240232). Visa & flights done by June. But since then, no replies from their team despite repeated calls/messages for 2 months.
They never informed me about payment terms (ROE) & now have ghosted me completely. I feel scammed — they took my money and left me stranded.
