Regarding lost of two adult jackets in hired Sumo owned by Driver Bhola Shankar

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to our last journey to Tirupati on 2nd Feb 25, we hired a Sumo bearing Reg. No. AP 04 TV 1602 owned by Driver Bhola Shankar.

Unfortunately, by mistake we left two numbers of jackets in the car at the Tirupati Railway Station while dropping on 2nd Feb 25 at around 1700 hrs.

Upon realising to have left the Jackets in the car, I rang the Driver to get the jackets be returned back to us.

Till then we have called him over phone several times almost daily but he is not responding in the way he should>

Thus, you are requested to get the matter be resolved.

Thanks & Regards,

Manish Kumar

Dear @Emkay1968 Ji,

As per your concern, your jackets were mistakenly left behind in a Sumo vehicle (Reg. No. AP 04 TV 1602) on February 2, driven by Bhola Shankar. Since then, you have tried to contact the driver multiple times to recover the jackets, but he has not been cooperative.

You can report the incident to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) where the vehicle is registered (AP 04 indicates it’s in Andhra Pradesh). Provide the vehicle registration number, date and time of the incident, and driver’s name for identification.

Since the driver is unresponsive, you can file a General Diary (GD) (a police complaint) or Non-Cognizable Report (NCR) at the local police station in Tirupati, explaining that your belongings were left in the car and you need police assistance in recovering them. You can also lodge an online police complaint by following these instructions:

If the vehicle was booked through a tour agency, escalate the issue to the agency. They can put pressure on the driver to cooperate.

If still need help, reply to us.
