In the Selvapuram area, a large number of intoxicated people are roaming around, causing disturbances for those who wish to travel safely and comfortably in public transport, especially during the early night hours. Over the past few years, the number of drunken individuals using public transport has significantly increased in Coimbatore.
I am posting this to bring it to the attention of the government, so the root cause can be identified and proper action taken to resolve these issues, particularly in buses and share autos in Coimbatore after 6 PM.
