As per your concern, your jackets were mistakenly left behind in a Sumo vehicle (Reg. No. AP 04 TV 1602) on February 2, driven by Bhola Shankar. Since then, you have tried to contact the driver multiple times to recover the jackets, but he has not been cooperative.
You can report the incident to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) where the vehicle is registered (AP 04 indicates it’s in Andhra Pradesh). Provide the vehicle registration number, date and time of the incident, and driver’s name for identification.
Since the driver is unresponsive, you can file a General Diary (GD) (a police complaint) or Non-Cognizable Report (NCR) at the local police station in Tirupati, explaining that your belongings were left in the car and you need police assistance in recovering them. If the vehicle was booked through a tour agency, escalate the issue to the agency. They can put pressure on the driver to cooperate.
