Security deposit taken 10000

Respected Sir

I am writing to seek your assistance in obtaining a refund of ₹10,000, which I paid as a security deposit to Laurel High School, Pitampura, New Delhi 110034, on January 14, 2025.

My child was selected for admission to the school for the academic year 2025-2026. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I no longer wish to pursue admission to the school.

Despite my request, the school administration has denied refunding the security deposit. I was compelled to pay the deposit to submit my child’s admission form, as the school refused to accept the form without it.

I request your intervention in this matter to ensure that the school refunds the security deposit.
Details:

  • Name of School: Laurel High School
  • Address: Pitampura, New Delhi 110034
  • Date of Payment: January 14, 2025
  • Amount: ₹10,000 cash
  • Mode of Payment: cash

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
