SF e Parcel took my packages and never delivered. They never shows up to my house. I have 2 cameras in front my home. They informed me 1 day later about the deliverys .My son had the same problem .People be careful with this company

To report the undelivered packages and false delivery claims by SF eParcel, contact their customer service immediately through their official support page (sf-international.com) or helpline (if available). Provide your tracking numbers and CCTV evidence to support your case. If they fail to resolve it, escalate by filing a complaint with your local consumer protection authority or via a postal service regulator.
