Where to file advertisement campaign complaints of Google Ads?

If you have complaints about ads services of Google Ads, such as campaigns, ads conversion, partner services, payment settlement, credits, AI-powered ads solutions, etc., follow this guide to make your complaints with experts.

Within the first 30 days of signing up or issues related to payments, credits, or ads services, you can schedule a 1-to-1 call or chat with a Google Ads Expert for guidance on your campaign. You can call the customer service number 1800-572-8309 to get help from an expert or lodge your complaint about the ads campaign services of Google Ads.

For questions about an active campaign, visit the Google Ads Help Centre (support.google.com). Click the “Help Guide” icon to start a chat with the virtual assistant. You can also click “Contact Us” and select your issue related to Google ads. Finally, choose the methods of communication (call to expert chat with an executive, or submit an online email web form) to make your complaint.

Don’t forget to note down the reference/ticket ID to track your complaint status.

As a last resort, if your previously lodged complaints are not resolved by Google Ads, approach the consumer forum with all necessary documentation and evidence of your complaint. If you need to file a trademark infringement complaint, you can email ads-trademark@google.com.

In India, you can file a consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and further to the Consumer Commission (district/state/national consumer dispute redressal commission).

In the USA, you can approach the Bureau of Consumer Affairs of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
