File an Online Complaint:
- Visit Indian Oil’s consumer portal (cx.indianoil.in).
- Login to your account or navigate to the “Contact Us” for customer support.
- Select the category of issue.
- Fill out the online complaint form.
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also use the ‘IndianOil One’ mobile app to file complaints. Navigate to the customer care option, select the service category, provide details, and submit your grievance.
Escalation to Head of Service:
If the complaint is not resolved within the stipulated time, escalate it to the Indian Oil of Indian Oil via email or by visiting the regional office. You can also submit your complaint online by re-opening your previous complaint using the Service Request Number. As a last resort, you can file an informal consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) for violation of your consumer rights by Indian Oil.
