Why I got this type of call says collect Sampona from Delhi Session court . or if your identity theft then complaint to Delhi police

I got a call from a number says collect Sapona, after press 1 one lady says from Delhi sessions court . she said my number is in the harassment complaints list also another number tagged took from Pavan Telecom. asked me to go to the Delhi police station if your identity misused.
I hope this is a spam call or some fraud call Please investigate ASAP.
