Mention the dealership name, staff conduct, and incomplete service. If unresolved, you may also file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline by calling at 1800-11-4000.
File an online complaint:
Visit the TVS Motors’ website (tvsmotor.com) .
Navigate to the “Contact Us ” option to open the online complaint form. For TVS online store support, click “customer support ” and login to your account to make a vehicle complaint.
Fill out the provided complaint form with all necessary details such as your contact information, vehicle model, registration number, and the nature of the issue.
Attach supporting documents, if any.
Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also use the TVS Connect mobile app to access online services or file your complaint about its vehicle services.
Escalation to Head of Customer Service:
If your previously lodged complaints are not resolved by the customer service team, escalate the grievance to the Zonal Manager or the Head of Customer Service at the TVS Motor Corporate Office. You can write a complaint letter with reference/acknowledgement ID of the unresolved complaint and send it to:
