Since your ₹50,000 UPI payment to Omni Hospital Kukatpally on 11th April hasn’t been refunded and both ICICI Bank (SR1044947646) and the hospital deny receiving the funds, escalate the issue. File a formal complaint with RBI’s Digital Transactions Ombudsman using your UTR number 053174361927. Also, send a written notice to ICICI Bank’s Nodal Officer and request a trace report for the transaction.
