I HAD CHANGED MY VI MOBILE NUMBER FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID IN SEP 24 AND HAD PAID MY LAST BILL IN OCT 24 AND REQUESTED FOR REFUND OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT OF Rs 3000 (WHICH IS CONFIRMED IN MY LAST AND EARLIER BILLS) I RECEIVED EMAIL THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CHEQUE OF Rs. 2858.09 WITHIN 15 DAYS, INSPITE OF REGULAR REQUESTS BY MAIL REGRET TO INFORM THAT I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED I WAS TOLD THAT A CHEQUE NO 805526 DATED OF 4TH NOV 24 OF YES BANK HAS BEEN DESPATCHED BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. If you don’t receive your refund from VI within a reasonable timeframe, you can lodge a consumer complaint against VI with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). Be sure to include all relevant information, such as your relationship number (12701777), the cheque number (805526), dates of correspondence, copies of your bills and any other relevant receipts.
