Sorry about the delay in the Jio SIM home-delivery order; start by checking real-time status in MyJio (Mobile > JioCare > Track order) or SMS the order/reference number to 6000060000 for an instant update.
If still pending, file a formal complaint and get a docket number by calling 198 (Jio) or 1800-889-9999 (any network).
If unresolved within the stated timeline, escalate to the Appellate Authority at 1800-889-3999, or email the circle appellate contact.
If it remains unresolved, raise a grievance via the Telecom Consumer Complaints Monitoring System or National Consumer Helpline (NCH) guidance.
