If the portal failed to generate your card despite submitting all required details, please clear your browser cache and try again or use a different browser/device. If the issue persists, contact the portal’s technical support or helpdesk (look for a “Contact Us” or “Grievance” section on the Ayushman portal (beneficiary.nha.gov.in)). Mention your application ID and the error faced.
If unresolved, escalate the issue via the relevant government grievance redressal portal. Further, you can lodge an online public grievance throughe the CPGRAMS portal of the central government.
