Cancellation amount not refunded by OYO

If your cancellation amount is not refunded by OYO Rooms even after contacting the customer support team of OYO, first email to bookings@oyorooms.com with all supporting evidence and booking details.

Further, you may escalate the unresolved complaint to the Grievance Officer by emailing india.grievances@oyorooms.com with previous reference number of the complaint.

If still not resolved by OYO Rooms, you may lodge a consumer complaint against OYO to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). It is free and you don’t have to pay any fee for the complaint.
