I already have my hotel bookings for 10/8/24 & 11/8/24 at Oyo home hotel skylend 5 floor near adwait hospital bopal main road, near bhavya shoping complex bopal main road Ahmedabad done on 8/8/24 & amount 1500 has been deducted from my account, But as we arrived over here It is been informed by the staff that the shift to other hotels & which is far from. may exam center so I can’t go there , & even due to network issues on the respective phone number used for bookings thus can’t able to contact from customer care service …& other mobile number can not pick up by customer service…
Kindly requesting for Refund of My Bookings as early as possible.

To resolve this issue regarding the refund of the cancelled OYO booking, you can file a formal complaint with OYO by calling the customer care number +919313931393 / +9112462016002 or email your concern to bookings@oyorooms.com. You can also get help from the OYO app’s support section.
In your complaint, be sure to include:
- Your booking ID (which you mentioned was made on 8/8/24)
- The dates of your booking (10/8/24 & 11/8/24)
- The name of the hotel you booked (OYO Home Hotel Skylend)
- The specific issue you encountered (being told to shift to another hotel that’s far from your exam center)
- Any relevant details about your failed attempts to reach OYO’s customer care.
